On November 7, 2015 (Marie Curie’s birthday) we will celebrate the 3rd Annual International Day of Medical Physics (IDMP). To celebrate COMP is hosting a contest!

How do you describe your role to non-medical physicists? What does being a Medical Physicist mean to you? Please share thoughts, stories, poems, pictures and videos with us. Please tag them with #Iamamedicalphysicist. All participants will be entered into a draw to win a $250 “Curie Credit” which can be used towards annual dues or a meeting registration.

To enter, simply create your submission and either

– Or e-mail a link to admin@comp-ocpm.ca

We will compile all of the results and judge them before November 7, 2015.
