European Federation of Organizations for Medical Physics (EFOMP)
The European Federation of Organisations for Medical Physics (EFOMP) was founded in May 1980 in London to serve as an umbrella organisation for all NMOs (National Member Organisations). The current membership covers 34 national organisations which together represent more than 8100 medical physicists and clinical engineers working in the field of medical physics.
Asian-Oceania Federation of Organizations for Medical Physics (AFOMP)
The Asia-Oceania Federation of Organizations for Medical Physics (AFOMP) was founded in 2000 to promote medical physics in the Asia and Oceania regions, through the advancement in status and standard of practice of the medical physics profession.

The South East Asian Federation of Organizations for Medical Physics (SEAFOMP) was officially formed when it was accepted as a regional chapter of the International Organization for Medical Physics (IOMP) at the World Congress on Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering, held in Chicago, Illinois, in 2000. SEAFOMP was established with the primary aim of helping to raise the profile of medical physics, via education and training, in ASEAN.
Federation of African Medical Physics Organizations (FAMPO)
The Federation of African Medical Physics Organizations (FAMPO) is the regional federation of the International Organization for Medical Physics (IOMP) in Africa. FAMPO is a non-profit-making organization established in March 2009 to promote the application of physics in medicine.
